A one-off evening of Japanese Cooking with Yuki Itaya

Yuki is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (DAOM. L.Ac.). She graduated with a Doctoral Degree in Oriental Medicine from OCOM in Portland, Oregon. She is a firm believer in ‘we are what we eat’.

We’ll be serving a Japanese feast and Yuki will be talking through the basics of the Japanese diet. She’ll be covering particular processes in the Japanese diet and the importance of order in which we eat certain foods for maximum health benefits.

It is a set menu at £50 per head, booking is essential, and we require a deposit of £20 per person to reserve your place. The balance will be paid on the evening.
