Join us at Le Vin Perdu for an evening dedicated to one of Japan's most celebrated bowls of ramen.
The art of a great tonkotsu lies in time and patience. Using locally sourced pork bones, we'll be making our broth entirely from scratch and it will spend days boiling away; refining the stock to extract every last bit of flavour, collagen and richness. We’re looking for that unmistakable silky, creamy and deeply savoury broth - its a labour of love that cannot be rushed.
This will be a £38 set menu:
Chilli, cucumber + seaweed salad
Karaage chicken
Pork ramen tonkotsu
Buckwheat ice cream
Please note we are unable to offer vegetarian alternatives due to the nature of the event
Every Saturday evening throughout November: 7th, 14th, 21st + 28th.
Bookings from 5:30 - 8:30.
Some of our dining is counter seating at the bar, this will be stool seating - please check your reservation or make a request if you’d prefer a table only.
