Mark Hix will be here cooking and talking about his love of British cooking. He’ll share what it is to forage your local area and cook with ingredients you can find growing all around us. A four course dinner at £55 per head. Arrive at 6pm, dinner at 6.30 with a talk from Mark at 7pm.
